Frequently Asked Questions

How does the process work?

Select the condition you wish to treat from our homepage or from the conditions tab. Complete the questionnaire as accurately as possible and then select your desired treatment. Our prescriber will review your answers and accept your request if suitable. If we need more information, we will contact you. We will send you notifications as your order is approved, dispensed, dispatched and delivered.

Why do I need to upload my ID?

We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Therefore, we legally require proof of your identity to ensure we are safely prescribing for the intended individual. If needed, we will also request further photos to confirm symptoms etc. before we prescribe. If this is necessary, we will contact you via email.

Is my information stored securely?

Yes – all questionnaire responses/photos/uploads are stored securely and used purely for consultation purposes. They are never shared with anybody.
