These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SwiftDoctor website, services, and any medicines or healthcare services provided by SwiftDoctor. By accessing our website, creating an account, completing a consultation, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

About SwiftDoctor

SwiftDoctor is a UK-based, GP-led online pharmacy and healthcare service. We provide regulated pharmacy services, prescription medicines, and clinical consultations in accordance with UK law.
Our pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and operates in compliance with all applicable professional and regulatory standards.

Our services are intended for use only by individuals who are legally resident in the United Kingdom and physically located in the UK at the time of using our services.

Scope of Services

SwiftDoctor provides access to regulated pharmacy services, prescription medicines, and clinical consultations delivered remotely by qualified healthcare professionals. Any information provided on our website outside of a formal consultation is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

A prescription will only be issued where a clinician or prescriber determines, in their professional judgment, that treatment is safe, appropriate, and clinically indicated. Completion of an online form, payment, or prior use of a medication does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services where it is clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or where regulatory obligations require us to do so.

No Emergency or Ongoing GP Care

SwiftDoctor does not provide emergency medical services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should contact NHS 111, your GP, or emergency services immediately.

Unless explicitly stated, SwiftDoctor does not replace your GP or NHS care. Responsibility for ongoing monitoring, follow-up, and management outside the scope of the service provided remains with you and your usual healthcare providers.

User Responsibilities

You confirm that all information you provide to SwiftDoctor, including medical history, medications, allergies, and personal details, is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

You understand that providing incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information may result in refusal of treatment, cancellation of orders, or risk to your health.

You agree to follow the advice, instructions, and dosing guidance provided by SwiftDoctor clinicians and to seek further medical advice if your condition changes or you experience adverse effects.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or over unless explicitly stated otherwise. Some services may have additional eligibility criteria based on clinical or regulatory
requirements.

By using SwiftDoctor, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria applicable to the service or product you are requesting.

Prescriptions and Medicines

Prescription-only medicines are supplied only following a clinical assessment and approval by an authorised prescriber.

All prescriptions are issued at the prescriber’s discretion. SwiftDoctor reserves the right to refuse supply, amend treatment plans, adjust doses, or discontinue prescribing at any time for
clinical or safety reasons.

Medicines must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. You must not share prescribed medicines with others or use them for purposes other than those prescribed.

Product Limitation

For clinical and regulatory reasons, SwiftDoctor is unable to prescribe or supply more than three months’ supply of weight loss medication at any one time. This limit applies whether the order
consists of multiple doses, the same dose, or a combination of different strengths.

Any order placed in excess of this limit may be partially or fully cancelled, amended, or refunded. SwiftDoctor reserves the right to adjust or restrict quantities supplied to ensure compliance with prescribing standards, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.

Delivery, Storage, and Use of Medicines

Medicines are dispatched using appropriate delivery services and packaging in line with temperature and safety requirements.

Once medicines are delivered, responsibility for correct storage, handling, and use transfers to you. SwiftDoctor is not responsible for medicines that are compromised due to improper storage, missed
deliveries, or incorrect handling after delivery.

If a medicine is believed to be faulty, damaged, or not functioning correctly, it must be returned to SwiftDoctor for investigation before any refund or replacement can be considered. Once the medication has been received, it will be assessed and, where appropriate, submitted to the manufacturer for investigation. A decision regarding refund or replacement will only be made after this investigation process has been completed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of prescription medicines and regulatory restrictions, prescription items cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except where the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied in error.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been started.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

Pricing, Payment, and Promotions

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before payment.

Payment must be made in full before any order is processed. SwiftDoctor reserves the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Price Match Service

SwiftDoctor may, at its discretion, offer a price match against the pre-discount price of equivalent products offered by other UK-based pharmacies registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Eligible pharmacies currently include MedExpress, Curate, Curely, Numan, Oushk, Pharmulous, Boots, Zava, Simple Online Pharmacy, Cloud Pharmacy, and Weightless.

Price match requests must be supported by clear and verifiable evidence of the competitor’s pricing at the time of the request. The product must be like-for-like, including medication, strength, quantity, and formulation, and must not form part of a subscription, bundle, membership scheme, or promotional offer.

SwiftDoctor reserves the right to refuse a price match request where, in our reasonable judgment, the request would result in a financial loss to the business, where there are concerns regarding the
authenticity or accuracy of the pricing evidence provided, or where affordability or clinical considerations apply. All price match requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.

The Price Match Service cannot be used inconjunction with any other promotion, discount, referral credit, or voucher unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Maintenance Promotion

SwiftDoctor may offer a maintenance promotion whereby eligible patients who have completed a paid maintenance consultation may receive a £10 discount on future orders of weight loss injectable
medication.

The maintenance consultation is charged at £30 and must be completed with a SwiftDoctor clinician. Completion of a maintenance consultation does not guarantee ongoing prescribing, and all prescribing decisions remain subject to clinical assessment, professional judgment, and regulatory requirements at the time of each order.

The £10 discount applies only to weight loss injectable medications and remains available only while the maintenance promotion is active. SwiftDoctor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the maintenance promotion at any time without prior notice.

The maintenance discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, referral credit, voucher, or price match unless explicitly stated otherwise. The discount is non-transferable, has no
cash value, and may only be used by the patient who completed the maintenance
consultation.

Eligibility for the maintenance promotion, continued access to the discount, and ongoing prescribing may be reviewed periodically and may be withdrawn where clinical, regulatory, or affordability
considerations apply.

Refer a Friend Promotion

SwiftDoctor may offer a refer-a-friend promotion under which existing patients may receive a referral discount or credit when they successfully refer a new patient to SwiftDoctor.

A referral is considered successful only when the referred individual is a new patient who has not previously held an account with SwiftDoctor and who completes an eligible first order following clinical approval.

Referral discounts or credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or refunded. Referral rewards may be subject to minimum spend requirements, product exclusions, or time limits.

The refer-a-friend promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, referral, voucher, price match, or maintenance offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

SwiftDoctor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel referral rewards where misuse, duplication, self-referral, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms is suspected. SwiftDoctor may
amend, suspend, or withdraw the refer-a-friend promotion at any time without notice.

Participation in the refer-a-friend promotion does not guarantee ongoing eligibility for prescribing, and all prescriptions remain subject to clinical assessment, professional judgment, and regulatory requirements.

Clinical Discretion and Service Changes

SwiftDoctor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any service, product, pricing, or promotion without notice where required for clinical, operational, or regulatory reasons.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

We process personal and health information in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal and health data for the purposes of providing clinical care, pharmacy services, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, SwiftDoctor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential from misuse of medicines, failure to follow instructions, or information provided inaccurately by the user.

consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales.
