Frequently Asked Questions

General Information

Treatment & Clinical Care

Orders, Delivery & Support

How does the process work?

Complete the online consultation form, upload your ID and a live photo for BMI verification, then add your chosen treatment to your basket and make payment. Our clinicians review your information before prescribing. If approved, medication is dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered to your door.

Why do I need to upload my ID?

We are a regulated UK medical provider. ID verification helps ensure prescriptions are issued safely, prevents misuse of medication, and confirms we are prescribing to the correct patient in line with CQC and GPhC standards.

Is my information stored securely?

Yes. Your information is stored within secure, encrypted UK healthcare systems that comply with GDPR and medical data protection standards. Only authorised clinical staff involved in your care can access your records.

Who reviews my consultation?

All consultations are reviewed by UK-registered GPs or independent prescribers experienced in weight management and GLP-1 treatments.

Is this treatment available on the NHS?

Access through the NHS is currently limited to patients who meet strict eligibility criteria. Private treatment allows earlier preventative support for patients who wish to invest in their long-term health.

Can I transfer from another provider?

Yes. Simply complete the new patient form, upload evidence of your current treatment, and select your usual dose when ordering. Our clinicians will review and confirm suitability.

What happens if I experience side effects?

You can contact our clinical team at any time for advice. We provide ongoing medical support throughout your treatment and will adjust dosing if required.

How often will I need reviews?

We monitor patients regularly to ensure treatment remains safe and effective. Many patients have monthly reviews initially, followed by personalised long-term follow-up.

Can I stay on the same dose?

Yes. If you are losing weight steadily and appetite suppression is adequate, you may remain on the same dose. Treatment is individualised rather than automatically escalated.

What is maintenance treatment?

Maintenance focuses on preventing weight regain once your goal weight is reached. We create personalised long-term plans which may include dose reduction, spacing injections, or lifestyle-only support.

Do I need to weigh myself?

Yes. Regular weight monitoring helps ensure treatment is working safely and effectively. Many patients weigh themselves monthly at home, at a pharmacy, or at their GP surgery.

What lifestyle changes should I follow?

Medication works best alongside high-protein nutrition, adequate fibre intake, strength exercise, hydration, and sustainable eating habits. Our clinicians provide ongoing guidance to support you.

Can I stop treatment and restart later?

Yes, but dosing may need to restart at a lower level depending on how long you have been off treatment in order to minimise side effects.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Approved prescriptions are usually dispatched within one working day. Delivery is typically the next working day using tracked courier services.

What support do I receive after starting treatment?

You receive ongoing clinical oversight, reorder reminders, dosing guidance, and access to our medical team whenever you need advice.
