Have Questions?
We Have Answers.
How long does the assessment take?
Most patients complete the online assessment in around 5–10 minutes. Once submitted, your information is reviewed by a UK clinician who will assess your medical history, current health and treatment suitability before making a recommendation.
Do I need a GP appointment?
No. Everything can be completed online from the comfort of your home. There is no need to book an appointment with your NHS GP. If appropriate, a UK clinician will review your assessment and provide personalised guidance based on the information you submit.
Who reviews my consultation?
Every consultation is reviewed by an experienced UK clinician. We do not use automated approvals. Your medical history, current medications and health information are assessed individually to ensure any recommendations are clinically appropriate.
Is delivery discreet?
Yes. All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. Deliveries are made directly to your chosen address, helping to protect your privacy throughout the process.
Am I eligible?
Weight management treatments may be suitable for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 25 and above if there are weight-related health conditions present. Eligibility is assessed individually during the consultation, and a UK clinician will determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you.
