Amitriptyline

Amitriptyline is a prescription medicine commonly used at low doses to help manage nerve-related pain, migraines, sleep disturbance, and certain long-term pain conditions. It belongs to a group of medicines called tricyclic antidepressants, but when prescribed for pain or sleep it works by calming pain pathways and improving sleep quality
