Doctors prescribe Triptans to offer relief for headaches where ordinary painkillers have not been efficient. The drug stimulates serotonin receptors in the brain, which cause the muscles surrounding the blood vessels in the brain to contract. The remedy relieves the sickness within 30 minutes.
